研究目的：

基于深度学习，开发一个基于阴道镜图像及组织病理图像等多模态的神经网络，以精确分割和识别宫颈病变。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to develop a neural network based on colposcopic images and histopathological images for accurate segmentation and identification of cervical lesions.

纳入标准：

既往参加宫颈筛查，资料齐全病例。资料包括：年龄、宫颈细胞学、HPV、宫颈照片、病理结果等。

Inclusion criteria

Participated in cervical screening in the past, with complete data on cases. Data include: age, cervical cytology, HPV, cervical photos, pathological results of protocol.

排除标准：

排除标准如下:①临床资料不全;②阴道镜检查后未行活检;③阴道镜图像质量差(模糊、过度曝光、宫颈粘连、白带或出血覆盖宫颈)。

Exclusion criteria：

The following exclusion criteria were used: ①the clinical information was incomplete; ②the patient did not undergo biopsy after colposcopy; ③colposcopic image quality is poor (fuzziness, overexposure, cervical occlusion, leucorrhea, and blood covering the cervix).
