研究目的：

本项目拟采用队列研究设计，以十堰市某医学院入学新生为对象，进行流行病学问卷调查、生物学样板收集和体检。了解大学生健康状况、分布特征、影响因素，同时对大学生内分泌代谢特征进行分析、比较。基线建立后进行随访调查，比较不同特征大学生在学期间的体质变化情况，为大学生健康保健提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We will conduct a cohort study to investigate the health status of college students and their Influencing factors. We will enroll the new students as the participants. Investigate their basical characteristics with epidemiological questionnaire, examine their physical status, collecte their biological samples. Then we will follow them up, and survey the physical status change, provide sentific evidenc for the health care of college students.

纳入标准：

1.大学新生；2.自愿参加新生体检；3.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Freshman in college; 2. Volunteer to participate in the freshman physical examination; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

有基础疾病的对象。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with diseases.
