研究目的：

主要目的：对行妇科肿瘤手术患者实施加速康复途径的管理，观察结果进行评估，并将其结果与当前的围手术期护理标准进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to implement and evaluate an enhanced recovery pathway for major gynecologic oncological surgery patients and compare their outcomes to the current standard of care perioperative management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.女性18～75岁；
2.诊断或怀疑妇科肿瘤；
3.拟行择期开腹或腔镜手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female aged 18 to 75 years;
2. Diagnosis or suspicion of gynecological tumors;
3. Elective laparotomy or laparoscopic surgery is planned.

排除标准：

1.无法提供知情同意；
2.无法理解书面或口语；
3.无法移动定义为无法独立行走；
4.目前居住在专业护理机构的患者；
5.ASA 4 或 5级；
6.计划入住 ICU 超过一晚；
7.怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to provide informed consent;
2. Inability to understand written or spoken language;
3. Inability to move is defined as the inability to walk independently;
4. Patients currently residing in a skilled nursing facility;
5. ASA 4 or 5;
6. Plan to stay in the ICU for more than one night;
7. Pregnancy.
