研究目的：

主要目的： 1.通过机器学习协助胃癌术后病理诊断及分型，提升病理诊断的准确性； 2.通过深度学习预测胃癌治疗疗效的有效性； 3.通过多模态深度学习构建模型预测胃癌患者生存期。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Assist the postoperative pathological diagnosis and classification of gastric cancer through machine learning, and improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis; 2. Predicting the effectiveness of gastric cancer treatment efficacy through deep learning; 3. Build a model through multimodal deep learning to predict the survival time of gastric cancer patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理明确诊断为胃癌；
2.术前腹部增强CT；
3.有详尽的临床、病理资料；
4.随访完整（生存时间、复发转移情况及死因）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically diagnosed as gastric cancer;
2. Preoperative abdominal enhanced CT;
3. Have detailed clinical and pathological data;
4. Complete follow-up (survival time, recurrence and metastasis, and cause of death).

排除标准：

1.有严重的基础疾病；
2.生存期不足3个月；
3.无法收集详尽的资料。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have serious underlying diseases;
2. Survival period of less than 3 months;
3. Unable to collect detailed information.
