探究轻微型肝性脑病患者胆碱能系统失衡对脑区局部一致性(ReHo)及认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of cholinergic system imbalance on brain local consistency (ReHo) and cognitive function in patients with mild hepatic encephalopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经临床评估、实验室检查及影像学检查确诊为乙肝后肝硬化患者；
2. 年龄控制在30-60岁；
3. 受教育年限为6-12年。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis were diagnosed by clinical evaluation, laboratory examination and imaging examination;
2. Aged 30 to 60 years;
Th3. e education period is 6-12 years.

排除标准：

1. 既往有其他(神神性疾病或精神药物滥用史；
2. 根据病史及常规影像学检查评估有脑实质病史(脑肿瘤、脑卒中、脑外伤及脑代谢性疾病等)；(3)既往有酗酒史或酒精性肝硬化；(4)患有糖尿病、高血压或其他慢性代谢性疾病；(5)由于视力、教育程度等原因无法完成数字连接试验A(number connection test-A, NCT-A)及数字符号试验(digital symbol test, DST)量表评估；(6)存在MRI检查禁忌证，如体内有金属植入物等；(7)影像检查时头动过大(平移超过1.0mm或旋转超过1.0°);(8)既往有药物性肝损害或酒精性肝硬化。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) previous history of other neuropsychiatric diseases or psychotropic drug abuse; (2) According to the medical history and routine imaging examination, there is a medical history of brain parenchyma (brain tumor, stroke, brain trauma and brain metabolic diseases, etc.); (3) Previous history of alcoholism or alcoholic cirrhosis; (4) Suffering from diabetes, hypertension or other chronic metabolic diseases; (5) Unable to complete the scale evaluation of A(number connection test-A, NCT-A-a) and digital symbol test, DST) due to visual acuity, educational level and other reasons; (6) There are contraindications of MRI examination, such as metal implants in the body; (7) Excessive head movement during imaging examination (translation exceeds 1.0mm or rotation exceeds 1.0).

经临床评估、实验室检查及影像学检查确诊为乙肝后肝硬化患者，然后由同一位医师进行NCT-A及DST量表评分测定，所有受试者在安静且光照充足的房间内完成NCT-A及DST量表。根据2013年中国肝性脑病诊治共识意见，NCT-A及DST两项测试结果均为阳性者纳入MHE组。NCT-A及DST阳性范围是根据使用NCT-A及DST制定出不同年龄段正常参考值范围而确定。剩余病例纳入肝硬化组。
