研究目的：

对干眼患者经激光针灸治疗前及治疗后的疗效，症状、实验室检查、不良反应发生率以及各项安全性指标进行分析。  

Objectives of Study：

The curative effect, symptoms, laboratory examination, incidence of adverse reactions and various safety indexes of dry eye patients before and after laser acupuncture treatment were analyzed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合干眼的诊断标准；
（2）年龄18～75岁，性别不限，裸眼或矫正视力≥4.8；
（3）无影响研究的禁忌证；无药物过敏史；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye;

(2) Age 18 ~ 75 years old, unlimited gender, naked eye or corrected visual acuity ≥ 4.8;

(3) No contraindications affecting the study; No history of drug allergy; Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）进行过角膜屈光手术或白内障摘除术不足3个月者；
（2）先天性无泪腺、无泪者及鼻泪道阻塞者；
（3）眼前节急性炎症者；
（4）眼球突出者；合并眼睑异常者；
（5）对人工泪液过敏者；
（6）伴有严重糖尿病、心肺及肝肾功能障碍者；
（7）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
（8）需要使用其他眼部用药者；
（9）符合纳入条件但自身不同意进行本次临床观察者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have undergone corneal refractive surgery or cataract extraction for less than 3 months;

(2) Congenital lacrimal gland absence, lacrimal absence and nasolacrimal duct obstruction;

(3) Acute inflammation of anterior segment;

(4) Exophthalmos; Patients with abnormal eyelids;

(5) Allergic to artificial tears;

(6) with severe diabetes, heart, lung and liver and kidney dysfunction;

(7) Pregnant and lactating women;

(8) Those who need to use other eye drugs;

(9) Those who meet the inclusion conditions but do not agree to this clinical observation.
