研究目的：

研究人脐带源间充质干细胞（hUC-MSC）对视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病（NMOSD）的治疗的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The effects and safety of hUC-MSC for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：18-75周岁；
（2）符合NMOSD诊断标准（2015年的NMOSD国际共识诊断标准）；
（3）经治疗后病情处于缓解期，即在30天内无新发神经功能缺损症状，原有症状未加重；
（4）EDSS评分≤8；
（5）肝肾功能、血常规、尿常规等生化检查基本正常；
（6）凝血功能正常；
（7）能够完成随访；
（8）患者或家属签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. age:18-75 years old
2. met diagnostic criteria of NMOSD (International Consensus Diagnostic Criteria for NMOSD in 2015 )
3. after treatment, the condition was in remission stage, i.e. no new neurological deficit symptoms occurred within 30 days, and the original symptoms did not aggravate;
4. EDSS≤8;
5. normal liver and kidney function, blood cell, urine examination;
6. normal coagulation function;
7. can complete follow-up;
8. informed consent signed by patient or family member .

排除标准：

（1）表达异常或意识障碍、生命体征不稳定；（2）甲状腺功能亢进及其它内分泌异常疾病，经治疗病情未能控制；（3）严重精神疾病症状临床不能配合的患者；（4）严重肝肾疾病患者（肝功能检查＞2倍正常上值，根据Cockcroft-Gault方程式计算出的血肌酐清除率估计值＜60mL/min）及严重全身消耗性疾病患者；（5）筛选前一月内有胃肠道或其他严重出血性疾病；（6）有个人相关药物过敏史；（7）入院一周前有重大手术史；（8）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；（9）其它不能配合进行临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. abnormal expression or disturbance of consciousness, instability of vital signs;
2. hyperthyroidism and other endocrine disorders, which can not be controlled by treatment;
3. severe mental illness symptoms and can not cooperate clinically;
4. severe liver and kidney diseases (liver function test > 2 times normal value), creatinine clearance rate calculated according to Cockcroft-Gault equation Patients with < 60 mL/min and severe systemic consumptive diseases;
5. gastrointestinal tract or other severe hemorrhagic diseases within one month before screening;
6. drug allergies;
7. major surgical history one week before admission;
8. pregnant or lactating women;
9. other patients can not cooperate with clinical researchers.
