纳入标准：

65-90岁术后老年患者

Inclusion criteria

Postoperative elderly patients aged

排除标准：

排除标准：1）既往有明确中枢神经疾患、精神病史、癫痫病史及行神经外科手术的患者；2）语言沟通或听力、视力障碍，无法完成谵妄评估的患者；3）长期应用镇静剂或其他精神方面用药及酒精滥用者；4）术前MMSE≤23分。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with definite history of central nervous system disease, mental illness, epilepsy and neurosurgery; 2) Language communication or hearing, visual impairment, unable to complete delirium assessment of patients; 3) Long term use of sedatives or other psychiatric drugs and alcohol abusers; 4) Preoperative MMSE ≤ 23.
