研究目的：

1. 探究胃癌术后不同时期ONS依从性的影响因素； 2. 构建胃癌术后ONS干预方案； 3. 验证所构建方案的有效性及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the influence factors of ONS compliance in different postoperative stages of gastric cancer; 2. Construct intervention programs of ONS for postoperative patients with gastric cancer; 3. Verify the validity and feasibility of the constructed intervention programs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 知情同意；
2. 年龄：18～75 岁；
3. 经胃镜病理诊断为胃癌的患者；
4. 术前未接受放化疗等抗癌治疗；
5. 无远处转移；
6. 住院期间营养评估满足下列之一的患者：①BMI＜18.5 ②年龄＞65，BMI＜20 ③过去6个月体重丢失≥10% ④一周内摄食量低于平日50% ⑤入院白蛋白＜30g/L ⑥PG-SGA≥4分；
7. 经口进食耐受性评分0-2分；
8. ECOG评分0-2分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Informed consent;
2. Age: 18-75 years old;
3. After pathological examination diagnosis of gastric cancer;
4. No radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation;
5. No distant metastasis;
6. The one of following conditions: ①BMI＜18.5 Age＞65,BMI＜20 ③Weight loss≥10% in the past 6 months ④The food intake in a week is less than 50% of that in normal days ⑤Admission albumin＜30g/L ⑥PG-SGA≥4 scores;
7. Oral feeding tolerance score 0-2;
8. ECOG score 0-2.

排除标准：

1. 严重心肝肺脑器官功能不全；
2. 合并其他脏器转移；
3. 严重乳糖不耐受患者；
4. 患者怀孕处于哺乳期或不能采取适当的避孕措施；
5. 有精神疾病或相关病史的患者；
6. 其他的相关因素被本研究人员认为不适合参与研究；
7. 研究期间因各种问题退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart, liver, lung and brain organ dysfunction;
2. Combined with other organ metastasis;
3. Patients with severe lactose intolerance;
4. The patient is pregnant, lactating or unable to take appropriate contraceptive measures;
5. Mental illness or related history;
6. Others are not suitable for this study;
7. Those who withdrew due to various problems during the study
