研究目的：

1）探讨十六式陈式太极拳对老年慢性非特异性腰痛患者的治疗效果 2）比较不同频率陈式太极拳对老年慢性非特异性腰痛疼痛缓解的差异，明确更理想的太极拳运动剂量（频率） 3）探究心理因素（疼痛灾难化、正念）是否是介导太极拳干预效果的中介因素  

Objectives of Study：

1) To investigate Chen style tai chi chuan for elderly patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain 2) To compare the effect of different frequency of Chen style tai chi chuan on senile chronic nonspecific low back pain pain relief, specifically more ideal taijiquan dose (frequency) 3) To explore the psychological factors (pain disaster Mindfulness) is mediated taijiquan intervention effect of intermediary factors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）右利手；
（2）年龄在60岁以上
（3）经临床检查明确诊断为非特异性腰痛
（4）存在背部及腰骶部疼痛不适感，且疼痛症状持续时长至少三个月，每周疼痛症状至少3天；
（5）疼痛强度（VAS）评分≥4分
（6）在过去的6个月中，未进行过有规律(每周至少 3 次，每次至少 20 分钟)的各种形式的运动锻炼；
（7）MMSE评分＞24分；
（8）自愿参与本试验并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Right-handed
2. Adults aged over 60 years with the National Institutes of Health(NIH) definition of CLBP (in the past 6 months, at least 3 months of back pain on at least half the days)
3. Mini-mental Status examination scores(MMSE)＞24
4. No long-term regular exercise history, no long-term Tai Chi training participation
5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

（1）经影像和病理学检查诊断为脊柱侧凸、强制性脊柱炎、脊椎前移、严重腰椎间盘突出等；
（2）存在退行性疾病（例如阿尔茨海默氏症），已有确诊的急性或慢性的精神疾病或其他精神疾病；严重的神经紊乱；有癫痫史，癫痫家族史，>15分钟意识丧失史；
（3）听力或视力受损；
（4）已确诊为类风湿关节炎、纤维肌痛、痛风者；
（5）过去一年参加过其他临床试验且会影响本研究结局评价者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe organic lesions in the spine (e.g., mandatory spondylitis, malignant tumors, vertebral fractures, spinal infection)
2. Serious medical conditions that limit their ability to participate in TC training including dementia, neurological disease, symptomatic heart or vascular disease (angina, peripheral vascular disease, congestive heart failure), severe hypertension, recent stroke, severe insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, psychiatric disease, renal disease, liver disease, active cancer or anemia;
3. Participate in other clinical trials in the past year that might affect the results of this study
4. History of alcohol abuse or drug abuse within the past year
5. Plan to move permanently from the area during the trial period
