研究目的：

观察使用谷氨酰胺对减轻烧伤后脏器损害改善预后的疗效，并对其安全性进行全面评估，为烧伤临床合理使用谷氨酰胺奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of administration glutamine on reduction organ damage and improvement prognosis in severe burn patients, and evaluate its safety, thereby laying a foundation for rational use of glutamine clinically.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

谷氨酰胺 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

glutamine 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁，TBSA30-80%；2.无中重度休克；3.无中重度吸入性烧伤；4.伤前无严重心血管、消化系统疾患。

Inclusion criteria

1.18 – 65 years old, TBSA 30-80%;
2. No moderate to severe shock;
3. No moderate to severe inhalation injury;
4. No severe cardiovascular or digestive diseases before injury.

排除标准：

1.伤前有严重心、肝、肾及造血系统疾病；2.伤前有严重哮喘及慢性呼吸道疾病；3.伤前有严重心脏病和消化系统疾病；
4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；5.精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe diseases in heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system before burn;
2. Severe asthma and chronic respiratory diseases before burn;
3. Severe heart and digestive diseases before burn;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Mental diseases, no self-control capacity or no articulate.
