研究目的：

a.研究弱视患儿患眼的视网膜血流，脉络膜血流解剖学特征； b.研究弱视患儿患眼视网膜脉络膜血流特征与最佳矫正视力的相关性； c.探讨数字化弱视训练治疗对弱视患儿患眼视网膜、脉络膜血流改变的影响；研究其血流改变与视力改善的相关性；  

Objectives of Study：

a. To study the anatomical characteristics of retinal blood flow and choroidal blood flow in children with amblyopia; b. To study the correlation between the characteristics of retinal choroidal blood flow and the best corrected vision in amblyopia; c. To explore the effects of digital amblyopia training treatment on retinal and choroid blood flow changes in children with amblyopia;To study the correlation between blood flow change and visual improvement;

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 4-16 岁，单眼或双眼屈光参差或斜视性弱视；
② 近视≤-6.0D；远视需排除其他眼部疾患；
③ 除弱视外无其他眼部疾病，包括眼球震颤，青光眼，屈光介质混浊，视盘
和视网膜疾病等；
④ 无其他全身疾病如高血压，糖尿病，神经系统疾病等；无早产儿或其他可 能引起微血管异常的病史；
⑤ 固视良好，能配合完成检查；

Inclusion criteria

① Ages 4-16 years, anisometropia or strabismic amblyopia in one or both eyes;
② Myopia ≤ -6.0d;Hyperopia should be excluded from other eye disorders;
③ No other ocular diseases except amblyopia, including nystagmus, glaucoma, opacity of refractive media, optic disc And retinal diseases;
④ No other systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, nervous system diseases;No history of preterm birth or other microvascular abnormalities;
⑤ Good fixation, can cooperate with the completion of the inspection;

排除标准：

① 有全身疾病如高血压，糖尿病，神经系统疾病等；有早产儿或其他可能引起微血管异常的病史；
② 有其他眼部疾病，包括眼球震颤，青光眼，屈光介质混浊，视盘和视网膜疾病等
③ 不能配合检查

Exclusion criteria：

① Systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, nervous system diseases, etc.;A history of preterm birth or other microvascular abnormalities;
② There are other eye diseases, including nystagmus, glaucoma, refractive media opacity, optic disc and retinal diseases, etc
③ Cannot cooperate with the inspection
