研究目的：

本研究的目的是比较Castor分支型主动脉覆膜支架与台上预开窗支架技术，在真实世界中治疗累及左锁骨下动脉的胸主动脉夹层的安全性和有效性，并获得中长期随访数据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will aim at comparing the safety and availability in treating thoracic aortic dissection extending to left subclavian artery in real world with Castor branched aortic coated stent grafts and fenestrated endovascular aortic repair using physician -modified stent grafts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者年龄大于18岁，男性或未孕女性；
2. 诊断为主动脉夹层的患者；
3. 近端破口在左锁骨下动脉（LSA）远端0-15mm之间或夹层逆撕至LSA的病例；
4. 患者能够理解试验的目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
5. 患者依从性好，愿意按照验证方案要求进行随访评价。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who aged over 18 years,male or non-pregnant female;
2. Patients who are diagnosed as aortic dissection;
3. Cases of proximal tears locate between 0-15mm distal to left subclavian artery (LSA) or retrograde dissection extend to the LSA;
4. Patient who could understand the purpose of the trial ,join by volunteer and sign informed consents;
5. Patients who will to be followed up according to the requirements of plan.

排除标准：

1. 病变涉及zone 0和zone 1区域；
2. 患者具有结缔组织病（如马凡综合症等）；
3. 患者有明确对镍钛合金材料过敏史；
4. 患者曾经或可能对造影剂有严重反应者；
5. 患者不能按时进行随访者；
6. 患者的预期寿命小于12个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The lesions involve zone 0 and zone 1;
2. Patients who have connective tissue disease. (e.g. Marfan syndrome);
3. Patients who have definite allergic history to nickel-titanium alloy materials;
4. Patients who have had or may have had severe reactions to contrast media;
5. Patients who are unable to follow up on time;
6. Patients whose Life expectancy are less than 12 months.
