研究目的：

观察使用谷氨酰胺对减轻烧伤后脏器损害改善预后的疗效，并对其安全性进行全面评估，为烧伤临床合理使用谷氨酰胺奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of administration glutamine on reduction organ damage & improvement prognosis in severe burn patients, and evaluate its safety, thereby laying a foundation for rational use of glutamine clinically.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

谷氨酰胺 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

glutamine 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁，TBSA30-80%；2.无中重度休克；3.无中重度吸入性烧伤；4.伤前无严重心血管、消化系统疾患。

Inclusion criteria

a.18 – 65 years old, TBSA 30-80%.b. No moderate to severe shock.c. No moderate to severe inhalation injury.d. No severe cardiovascular or digestive diseases before injury.

排除标准：

1.伤前有严重心、肝、肾及造血系统疾病；2.伤前有严重哮喘及慢性呼吸道疾病；3.伤前有严重心脏病和消化系统疾病；
4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；5.精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者。

Exclusion criteria：

a.Severe diseases in heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system before burn.
b.Severe asthma and chronic respiratory diseases before burn.
c.Severe heart and digestive diseases before burn.
d.Pregnant or lactating women.
e.Mental diseases, no self-control capacity or no articulate.
