观察七氟醚对肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用，为肺移植术中肺缺血再灌注的防治的研究提供了新的理论依据和方向，对于寻找更有效安全的治疗措施具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Observing the protective effect of sevoflurane on pulmonary ischemia-reperfusion injury provides a new theoretical basis and direction for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary ischemia-reperfusion during lung transplantation, and is of great significance for finding more effective and safe therapeutic measures.

拟施肺移植手术的患者。

排除标准：

麻醉药物滥用史。
