研究目的：

主要目的： 1.本研究将从围术期血红蛋白水平出发，探究其对老龄关节置换手术术后恢复质量的影响； 2.探讨关节置换围术期贫血患者对术后认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. This study will start from the perioperative hemoglobin level to explore its influence on the quality of recovery after elderly joint replacement surgery; 2. To explore the effect of anemia patients on postoperative cognitive function in the perioperative period of joint replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行全麻下髋关节及膝关节手术患者；
2.年龄≥60岁；
3.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing hip and knee surgery under general anesthesia;
2. Age >= 60 years old;
3.ASA classification I-III.

排除标准：

1.术前血红蛋白＜60g/L；
2.严重视听言语障碍；
3.严重心肝肺肾功能障碍；
4.双侧手术；
5.翻旧手术；
6.术前患有神经系统疾病；
7.术前存在认知功能损伤 （简易精神状态量表 MMSE评分<24分）；
8.有焦虑抑郁等情绪障碍及老年痴呆病史患者；
9.有精神药物成瘾史或长期服用安眠药、镇静药。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative hemoglobin <60g/L;
2. Severe audiovisual and speech impairment;
3. Severe heart, liver, lung and kidney dysfunction;
4. Bilateral surgery;
5. Old surgery;
6. Patients with neurological disease before surgery;
7. Preoperative cognitive impairment (Minimum Mental State Scale MMSE score <24 points);
8. Patients with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression and a history of Alzheimer's disease;
9. There is a history of addiction to psychotropic drugs or long-term use of sleeping pills and sedatives.
