研究目的：

采用前瞻性随机对照的方法比较前交叉韧带重建单双重固定的临床疗效，研究结果可为前交叉韧带重建固定方式的选择提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare the clinical effects of single and double fixation for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The results of this study can provide a reference for the selection of fixation methods for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18岁-60岁；
2. 单纯ACL断裂；
3. ACL断裂合并或不合并可修复半月板损伤。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 60 years;
2. Simple ACL fracture;
3. ACL rupture combined with or without repair of meniscus injury.

排除标准：

1. 合并膝关节后交叉韧带断裂；
2. 合并需要修复的内侧副韧带损伤；
3. 既往有膝关节损伤病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament of the knee;
2. Concomitant medial collateral ligament injury requiring repair;
3. Previous history of knee injury.
