研究目的：

（1）通过睡眠手环收集3月龄、6月龄婴儿夜间睡眠状况，结合调查问卷调查其母乳喂养方式，将睡眠指标与喂养方式进行相关性分析 （2）采用发育量表及小婴儿气质量表对3月龄、6月龄婴儿生长发育和气质进行评估， 分析睡眠质量对婴儿生长发育及气质形成的关联  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Collect the night sleep status of infants aged 3 months and 6 months through the sleep bracelet, and analyze the correlation between sleep index and feeding methods (2) The growth and temperament of 3 months and 6 months are used to evaluate the growth and temperament, and analyze the correlation between sleep quality and infant growth and temperament

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

分娩时的胎龄在37至41周之间；单胎足月分娩，APGAR测试评分为9/10，1分钟；接受全面产前保健；怀孕期间不进行特殊饮食；计划纯母乳喂养6个月，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Gestational age at birth is between 37 and 41 weeks; full birth, APGAR test score of 9 / 10,1 minute; full prenatal care; no special diet during pregnancy; planned pure breastfeeding for 6 months and informed consent.

排除标准：

?妊娠期糖尿病；双胎妊娠；胎儿畸形或任何一种围产期情况，婴儿或母亲有急慢性传染病。选择混合喂养或人工喂养的母亲。婴儿由于便秘、腹泻或佝偻病而引起的睡眠紊乱。婴儿有过敏性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnational diabetes; twin pregnancy; fetal deformity or any perinatal condition, and the infant or mother has acute or chronic infectious diseases. Choose mothers with mixed or artificial feeding. Sleep disorders caused by infants due to constipation, diarrhea, or rickets. Babies have allergic diseases.
