研究目的：

随着社会发展，骨折患者不断增多，影响骨折愈合有全身因素及局部因素等多种有利及不利因素。Irisin是2012年发现的一种新型肌肉因子，其主要生理功能包括促进白色脂肪组织(white adipose tissue,WAT)向棕色脂肪组织(brown adipose tissue,BAT)转变、改善胰岛素敏感性、参与骨代谢等。动物实验证明循环中鸢尾素水平能够增强小鼠的成骨能力。有临床研究表明骨愈合过程中鸢尾素水平升高。本研究通过骨折患者血清鸢尾素水平变化，及其影响因素研究，为临床治疗骨折避免延迟愈合、不愈合及促进骨折愈合提供新的方法及思路。  

Objectives of Study：

With the development of society, the number of fracture patients is increasing, and there are many favorable and unfavorable factors, such as systemic factors and local factors, affecting the fracture healing. Irisin is a new muscle factor discovered in 2012. Its main physiological functions include promoting the transformation of white adipose tissue (WAT) to brown adipose tissue (BAT), improving insulin sensitivity, and participating in bone metabolism. The animal experiment have proved that circulating irisin levels can enhance the osteogenic ability of mice. The clinical studies have shown that irisin levels increase during bone healing. Through the study on the changes of serum irisin level in patients with fracture and its influencing factors, a new method and idea was provided for avoiding delayed healing, non-healing and promoting fracture healing in clinical treatment of fracture.

纳入标准：

年龄大于18周岁临床骨折病例。

Inclusion criteria

Clinical fracture cases aged over 18 years.

排除标准：

1）全身多发伤；
2）恶性肿瘤、肝功能不全、肾功能不全、代谢异常 (不含糖尿病)、严重水肿和自身免疫性疾病；
3）未经知情同意, 丢失血液样本, 或目前用于影响血清 irisin 水平的药物；
4）病理性骨折。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Multiple injuries;
(2) Malignant tumor, sarcopenia, liver insufficiency and renal insufficiency (creatinine >1.5 mg/dl), metabolic abnormalities (not included diabetes), severe edema and autoimmune diseases;
(3) Without informed consents, lost blood samples, or current medications used that influence serum irisin levels;
(4) Pathological fracture.
