研究目的：

评估NCCLs的临床特征及其相关风险因素，为精准化预防龈下NCCLs提供依据；对于有龈下NCCLs的患者，根据患者的临床情况选择合适的治疗方案，并记录治疗后的修复体状况和牙周情况，评估不同的修复方式的远期效果，为临床上选择合适的龈下NCCLs修复方案提供指导；对需要牙体联合牙周手术治疗龈下NCCLs的患者，进行远期效果随访和评估，为建立功能和美观兼顾的修复方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical characteristics of NCCLs and related risk factors, to provide the basis for the precise prevention of subgingival NCCLs; for patients with subgingival NCCLs, choose an appropriate treatment plan according to the patient's clinical situation, and record the restoration status and tooth after treatment. To evaluate the long-term effect of different repair methods, and to provide guidance for clinical selection of appropriate subgingival NCCLs repair programs; for patients who need combined periodontal surgery for subgingival NCCLs, long-term effect follow-up and evaluation are carried out. Provide a basis for establishing a functional and aesthetic restoration plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在20岁-69岁的就诊牙颈部非龋性缺损患者；
2.患者能够配合临床检查和治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 20 to 69 years old with non-carious defects in the neck of the teeth;
2. The patient can cooperate with clinical examination and treatment.

排除标准：

1.患牙NCCLs区域存在龋坏、釉质发育不全；
2.患牙NCCLs区域均已存在充填物；
3.患牙的冠、部分冠、嵌体边缘位于NCCLs区域；
4.患者正在进行正畸治疗；
5.患牙牙髓状态异常，包括死髓牙、牙髓炎或根尖周炎；
6.患牙牙龈炎症明显，需经牙周基础治疗消炎后再纳入；
7.患牙松动；
8.患者患有精神疾病，无法沟通，无法配合检查和治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are caries and enamel hypoplasia in the NCCLs area of the affected tooth;
2. There are fillings in the NCCLs area of the affected tooth;
3. The crown, partial crown and inlay edge of the tooth are located in the NCCLs area;
4. The patient is undergoing orthodontic treatment;
5. The pulp status of the affected tooth is abnormal, including dead pulp tooth, pulpitis or periapical periodontitis;
6. The gingival inflammation of the affected tooth is obvious, and it needs to undergo basic periodontal treatment to reduce inflammation before inclusion;
7. The affected tooth is loose;
8. The patient suffers from mental illness, unable to communicate, unable to cooperate with examination and treatment.

选择缺损大小相近的患牙，采用区组随机，借助SAS统计软件PROCPLAN过程语句，给定种子数，产生随机安排。随机号以密闭不透光牛皮纸信封隐藏。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Teeth with lesions of similar sizes will be selected. Block randomization and SAS statistical software PROCPLAN process statement will be used, to give the number of seeds and generate random arrangements. The random number is hidden in an airtight opaque kraft paper envelope.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据的采集：每个病人填写相应的病历记录表，将数据录入电脑中并统一保存。 数据的管理：数据文件统一放置，妥善保存。有明显和正确的标识便于辨认。整理文件目录以方便文件的检索查找。保存时间直至研究结束后5年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: corresponding medical record form should be filled by each patient.Then the data should be input to computer and all files should be saved uniformly. Data management: data files should be placed uniformly and properly stored. There should be obvious and correct signs for identification. File directory should be organized to facilitate file retrieval and search. The files should be stored until 5 years after the end of the study.
