研究目的：

（1）建立最大的胆道肿瘤研究队列，结合多层次的高通量组学数据对胆道肿瘤进行精准分子分型，（2）建立胆道肿瘤的大数据中心和临床研究中心，利用大数据平台建立胆道肿瘤的风险预测模型并利用人工智能对模型进行不断修正；（3）在组学数据基础上筛选和鉴定胆道肿瘤的可能的治疗靶点，催生新的有效的靶向药物的产生；（4）结合组学数据，对胆道肿瘤的免疫治疗和靶向治疗效果进行评估。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish the largest research cohort of biliary tract tumors, and develop an accurate molecular typing of biliary tract tumors with the help of multi-level high-throughput omics data, (2) establish a big data center and clinical research center of biliary tract tumors and establish a risk prediction model of biliary tract tumors（ 3) Screening and identification of possible therapeutic targets for biliary tract tumors based on omics data; production of new and effective targeted drugs（ 4) evaluate the effects of immunotherapy and targeted therapy on biliary tract tumors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）18-65岁，性别不限，患者预期寿命至少3个月； 2）经组织病理学或细胞学确诊为胆道恶性肿瘤； 3）巴塞罗那分期为C级； 4）肝功能Child-Pugh分级为A级；5）至少一个可测量病灶（RECIST v1.1）；6）无法进行根治性手术或者患者拒绝手术；7）受试者自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) 18-65 years old, regardless of gender, and the life expectancy of patients is at least 3 months; 2) Malignant tumor of biliary tract was diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; 3) Barcelona stage is grade C; 4) The child Pugh grade of liver function was grade A; 5) At least one measurable lesion (RECIST v1.1); 6) Unable to perform radical surgery or the patient refuses surgery; 7) Subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1）早期胆道肿瘤患者；2）巴塞罗那分期为A级或B级；3）肝功能Child-Pugh分级为B或C级；4）可达到根治性手术病灶切除；5）CT/MRI肿瘤边界不清，无可测量病灶（RECIST v1.1）；6）存在药物滥用；或任何可能影响研究、患者依从性不稳定、甚至可能危及患者安全的医疗、心理或社会状况；7）研究开始前4周内进行本试验外的其他实验性药物治疗；或同时参与另一项对本次研究结果有影响的临床研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with early biliary tract tumors; 2) Barcelona stage is grade A or B; 3) The child Pugh grade of liver function was B or C; 4) Radical surgical focus resection can be achieved; 5) CT / MRI showed unclear tumor boundary and no measurable lesions (RECIST v1.1); 6) Drug abuse; Or any medical, psychological or social condition that may affect the study, unstable patient compliance, or even endanger the safety of the patient; 7) Other experimental drug treatments other than this trial were carried out within 4 weeks before the start of the study; Or participate in another clinical study that has an impact on the results of this study;
