研究目的：

通过纳入西部农村地区多中心的中学生（第七年级新生），随机分为青少年心理健康素养教育微课课程干预组和未干预组，基线调查该地区青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍以及睡眠现状，分期发放微课课程给学生和学生家长，并监督课程学习情况，通过3个月、6个月和12个月三个时间点，随访观察两组学生青少年焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍以及睡眠障碍发病情况，以探讨该心理健康素养教育课程对改善该地区青少年心理健康效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Select the western rural area multi-center middle school students (seventh grade student)who are randomly divided into the micro-course （adolescent mental health literacy education）intervention group and the unintervention group . A baseline survey will be conducted on anxiety disorder, depressive disorder and sleep status of adolescents in this region and the micro-course courses will be distributed to students and parents of students in stages, and the learning of the courses is monitored. Through three time points of 3, 6 months and 12 months, the incidence of anxiety disorders, depression disorders and sleep disorders among the two groups of students will be followed up and observed to explore the effect of this mental health literacy education curriculum on improving the mental health of teenagers in the region.

西部农村地区学校正式入学的初一学生；能够独立完成自评问卷调查；自愿参与并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

Junior high school students who are officially enrolled in schools in rural areas of western China; able to complete the self-assessment questionnaire independently; Voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent

排除标准：

非初一学生；不能够独立完成自评问卷调查者；

Exclusion criteria：

non-seventh grade students; those who cannot complete the self-assessment questionnaire independently
