研究目的：

在全国7大区域14个省的城乡地区，收集孕产妇膳食营养素摄入、体格检查、实验室检测、生活方式与心理健康、营养健康素与婴幼儿养育行为等信息。汇集全国数据建立数据集，编制全国的孕产妇营养与健康状况可视化图集。为全面了解我国孕产妇营养与健康状况、针对存在的问题提出改善措施提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In urban and rural areas of 14 provinces in 7 regions, collect the information on dietary nutrient intake, physical examination, laboratory tests, lifestyle and mental health, nutritional health elements and infant rearing behavior. National data were collected to establish a data set and a visual atlas of maternal nutrition and health status was compiled. To provide a scientific basis for comprehensively understanding the nutrition and health status of pregnant women of China and putting forward improvement measures for the existing problems.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-49 岁的孕产妇；（2）孕早期至产后42天的妇女；（3）在调查点当地居住12个月以上；（4）自愿参加并签署书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pregnant women aged 18-49; (2) Pregnant women in the first trimester to 42 days postpartum; (3) Lived locally at the survey site for more than 12 months; (4) Voluntarily participate and sign written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）年龄在调查当日不满18周岁；（2）患有精神疾病者；（3）语言交流障碍者；（4）拒绝参加调查者；（5）在调查点当地居住不足12个月。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Under the age of 18 at the survey date; (2) Suffered from mental illness; (3) Verbal communication difficulties; (4) Refusal to participate in the survey; (5) Lived locally at the survey site for less than 12 months.
