研究目的：

针对目前临床上宫颈癌预防诊治工作中的问题，提出新的诊断模式，并研究探索其相应方法。本课题拟通过各种综合手段实现无创的全宫颈原位组织病变诊断分析，最终实现更加微创、无创、高效、经济的从宫颈癌筛查、诊断到治疗、随访的全流程临床管理综合方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Aiming at the problems in the prevention and diagnosis of cervical cancer, a new diagnostic model was proposed and its corresponding methods were explored.This project intends to achieve non-invasive diagnosis and analysis of total cervical in-situ tissue lesions through various comprehensive means, and ultimately achieve a more minimally invasive, non-invasive, efficient and economic comprehensive clinical management plan for the whole process from cervical cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.

妇科门诊就诊检查的患者

Inclusion criteria

Gynecological outpatient clinic examination patients

排除标准：

急重症患者、阴道挛缩、阴道发育畸形、对造影剂过敏的患者、医生认为不适合纳入的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with acute and severe diseases, vaginal contracture, vaginal developmental malformations, patients allergic to contrast media, and patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by doctors.

研究人群为于2022年4月～2022年12月在柳州市妇幼保健院妇科就诊的宫颈检查异常的妇女。入组标准为暂时无生育计划，排除妊娠的妇女；将妇科检查宫颈异常（宫颈赘生物，宫颈接触性出血等），或TCT≥ASCUS或HR-HPV 阳性；治疗前 3 个月内未进行过宫颈物理治疗，并且已知情同意,签署知情同意书的妇女入组。
