探究性别是否为耳鸣严重程度的影响因素，以及不同性别耳鸣患者耳鸣严重程度的危险因素是否相同  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether gender is an influencing factor of tinnitus severity and whether the risk factors for tinnitus severity are the same in tinnitus patients of different genders.

纳入标准：

完成耳鸣及心理状况的问卷调查，并进行多项听力学检查，最终被诊断为主观性耳鸣

Inclusion criteria

complete questionnaires on tinnitus and psychological status
undergo multiple audiological examinations

排除标准：

排除了各种其他耳科疾病。
排除患有客观性耳鸣、严重精神疾病或全身疾病如：心脑血管疾病
无法填写量表及不能配合的患者及病历资料不完整者

Exclusion criteria：

other ear diseases were excluded
Patients with objective tinnitus, serious mental illness or systemic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were excluded.
patients who were unable to fill in the scale and did not have completed medical records were excluded .
