To investigate the correlation between hyperhomocysteinemia and chronic occlusion of coronary artery

纳入标准：

经冠状动脉造影检查明确诊断为冠状动脉完全闭塞的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with definite diagnosis of complete coronary artery occlusion by coronary angiography

排除标准：

经心电图、心脏标志物等明确诊断为急性心肌梗死的患者
血管闭塞时间≤3个月
未检测同型半胱氨酸水平的患者
正在口服叶酸、马来酸依那普利叶酸片的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with acute myocardial infarction were clearly diagnosed by ecg and cardiac markers
Vascular occlusion time ≤3 months
Patients with untested homocysteine levels
Patients taking folic acid and enalapril maleate folic acid tablets
