研究目的：

通过无创的OCTA检测技术，分析视盘新生血管的影像学结构特征，并随访观察其治疗后的变化情况  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the imaging structural characteristics of optic disc neovascularization through non-invasive OCTA detection technology, and follow-up to observe the changes after treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄>18岁 糖尿病患者
②无影响眼底检查的屈光介质混浊及瞳孔缩小
③根据眼底照相或OCT或FA临床诊断为视盘新生血管

Inclusion criteria

①Age>18 years old diabetic patients
②There is no opacity of refractive medium and pupil reduction that affect fundus examination
③ Clinical diagnosis of optic disc neovascularization based on fundus photography or OCT or FA

排除标准：

1)任一眼有活动性眼部感染（如眼睑炎、角膜炎、巩膜炎、结膜炎等）；
2)目标眼除糖尿病外，还患有其他眼科情况（如视网膜静脉阻塞（RVO）、CNV、视网膜脱落、黄斑裂孔、黄斑区视网膜牵拉、视网膜前膜等）；
3)研究者认为目标眼白内障可能影响检查或试验结果判断，或未来6个月内需手术治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Any eye has active eye infection (such as blepharitis, keratitis, scleritis, conjunctivitis, etc.);
2) In addition to diabetes, the target eye also suffers from other ophthalmological conditions (such as retinal vein occlusion (RVO), CNV, retinal detachment, macular hole, retinal traction in the macular area, epiretinal membrane, etc.);
3) The investigator believes that the target eye cataract may affect the judgment of the examination or test results, or surgery is required in the next 6 months;
