研究目的：

主要目的：拟先将瑞马唑仑用于可疑困难气道患者中，探索出瑞马唑仑用于清醒镇静表面麻醉下行气管插管的合适剂量，再进一步探讨瑞马唑仑用于困难气道患者清醒镇静表面麻醉下行气管插管是否安全、有效，为临床工作提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: It is planned to firstly use remazolam in patients with suspected difficult airway, to explore the appropriate dose of remazolam for endotracheal intubation under conscious sedation and topical anesthesia, and then to further explore the use of remazolam for difficult airway. Whether the endotracheal intubation under conscious sedation and topical anesthesia is safe and effective in patients with sedation can provide a reference for clinical work.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

第一部分：
1.ASAI～Ⅱ级；
2.年龄18～65岁；
3.体质量指数（BMI）≤30 ㎏/m2；
4.可疑困难气道患者：张口度≤2 cm，预计无面罩通气困难。
第二部分：
1.ASAI～Ⅱ级；
2.年龄18～65岁；
3.体质量指数（BMI）≤30 ㎏/m2；
4.已明确的困难气道患者。

Inclusion criteria

First part:
1. ASAI-II grade;
2. Aged 18 to 65 years;
3. Body mass index (BMI)<=30 ㎏/m2;
4. Suspected difficult airway patients: mouth opening <= 2 cm, and it is expected to be difficult to ventilate without a mask.
Second part:
1. ASAI-II grade;
2. Aged 18 to 65 years;
3. Body mass index (BMI)<=30 ㎏/m2;
4. Patients with identified difficult airway.

排除标准：

第一部分：
1.预计有面罩通气困难患者；
2.术前有长期服用镇静药史或吸毒史患者；
3.术前存在严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病者或血常规、血生化指标明显异常者；
4.对麻醉药过敏者。
第二部分：
1.术前有长期服用镇静药史或吸毒史患者；
2.术前存在严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病者或血常规、血生化指标明显异常者；
3.对麻醉药过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

First part:
1. Patients who are expected to have difficulty in mask ventilation;
2. Patients with a long-term history of taking sedatives or drug use before surgery;
3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases before surgery, or those with obvious abnormal blood routine and blood biochemical indicators;
4. Those who are allergic to anesthetics.
Second part:
1. Patients with a long-term history of taking sedatives or drug use before surgery;
