研究目的：

主要研究目的：本课题组前期利用国外公共数据库，建立了早期脓毒症患者的预后模型。在本研究中，尝试在我国人群中验证该模型的准确性和有效性。 次要研究目的：建立风险评估的的网络程序，为临床一线工作者的使用提供实用便捷的判断工具。 确定本研究建立的评分模型和临床结局如是否使用呼吸机，机械通气时间，使用血管活性药物时间，ICU-free时间的关联关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main study purpose: Our group has established a prognostic model for early sepsis patients using foreign public databases in the early stage. In this study, an attempt was made to verify the accuracy and validity of the model in our population. Secondary research purpose: To establish a web-based program for risk assessment to provide a practical and convenient judgment tool for use by front-line clinical workers. To determine the association between the scoring model developed in this study and clinical outcomes such as the use of ventilator, duration of mechanical ventilation, duration of vasoactive drug use, and ICU-free time. Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>18岁。
2. 所有入住广州医科大学第二附属医院重症医学科的中国籍患者，诊断为脓毒性（sepsis-3）。诊断标准为：感染合并脏器功能障碍，脏器功能障碍定义为SOFA评分增加2分或以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. age >18 years.
2. All patients of Chinese nationality admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University with the diagnosis of sepsis (sepsis-3). The diagnostic criteria were: infection combined with organ dysfunction, and organ dysfunction was defined as an increase of 2 or more points in SOFA score.

排除标准：

1.入住ICU后，未能在1小时内采集到生命体征的脓毒症患者。
2.特殊人群：孕妇患者等；
3.已入组另外一个干预性的临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with sepsis who were admitted to ICU and failed to collect vital signs
2. special populations: pregnant patients, etc.
3.Have been enrolled in another interventional clinical study.
