研究目的：

明确抑酸药物对胰腺假性囊肿内镜穿刺引流术后感染的影响从而对临床此类手术的临床用药提出指导  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the influence of antiacid drugs on the infection of pancreatic pseudocysts after Endoscopic ultrasound-guided transmural drainage,so as to provide guidance for the clinical use of such surgical operations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）具有胰腺假性囊肿相关临床表现并根据相关诊断方法确诊。（2）无严重心、脑、肾等其他重要器官原发病。（3）状态良好，可耐受内镜引流术。（4）对本研究表示理解和支持并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Have relevant clinical manifestations of pancreatic pseudocyst and diagnosed according to relevant diagnostic methods. (2) No serious primary disease of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs. (3) The general condition is good and can tolerate endoscopic drainage. (4) Express understanding and support for this research and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）心肺功能异常不能耐受手术者。（2）凝血功能障碍。（3）合并有恶性肿瘤者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with abnormal cardiopulmonary function who cannot tolerate surgery. (2) Blood coagulation dysfunction. (3) Patients with malignant tumors
