本研究拟开展真实世界背景下膝骨关节炎现状的多中心的调查研究，对临床上膝骨关节炎患者人群进行大规模调研，建立膝骨关节炎的临床实际应用医院登记的研究、质控、数据管理和统计分析平台，采用队列，收集患者资料，分析国内真实世界背景下膝骨关节炎的临床特点、中医证候、治疗情况等内容，以积累临床数据，阐明真实世界背景下的膝骨关节炎现状，为实际临床应用提供可靠数据支持，为未来膝骨关节炎的进一步深入研究奠定临床基础，为中国膝骨关节炎患者获益带来一定的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to carry out a multi center investigation on the current situation of knee osteoarthritis in the real world background, conduct a large-scale investigation on the clinical population of knee osteoarthritis patients, and establish a hospital registration research, quality control, data management and statistical analysis platform for the clinical application of knee osteoarthritis.In order to accumulate clinical data, clarify the current situation of knee osteoarthritis in the real world and provide reliable data support for practical clinical application, cohort study was used to collect patient data and analyze the clinical characteristics, TCM syndromes and treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the real world, It will lay a clinical foundation for further study of knee osteoarthritis in the future, and bring certain clinical value for Chinese patients with knee osteoarthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合膝骨关节炎的诊断标准（中华医学会骨科学分会关节外科学组2018年版骨关节炎诊疗指南中膝关节骨关节炎的诊断标准）患者方可入组研究。
（1）近1个月内反复的膝关节疼痛；
（2）X线片（站立位或负重位）示关节间隙变窄、软骨下骨硬化和（或）囊性变、关节边缘骨赘形成；
（3）年龄≥50岁；
（4）晨僵时间≤30min；
（5）活动时有骨摩擦音（感）。
满足诊断标准1+（2、3、4、5 条中的任意2条）可诊断KOA。
中医辨证分型标准采用2019年中华中医药学会中医骨伤科临床诊疗指南? 膝痹病（膝骨关节炎）辨证分型标准：
①寒湿痹阻证 主症：关节疼痛重着，遇冷加剧，得温则减；次症：腰身重痛。舌质淡，苔白腻，脉濡缓。
②湿热痹阻证 主症：关节红肿热痛，屈伸不利，触之灼热，步履艰难；次症：发热，口渴不欲饮，烦闷不安。舌质红，苔黄腻，脉濡数或滑数。
③气滞血瘀证 主症：关节疼痛如刺，休息后痛反甚；次症：面色黧黑。舌质紫暗，或有瘀斑，脉沉涩。
④肝肾亏虚证 主症：关节隐隐作痛；次症：腰膝酸软无力，酸困疼痛，遇劳更甚。舌质红，少苔，脉沉细无力。
⑤气血虚弱证 主症：关节酸痛不适；次症：少寐多梦，自汗盗汗，头晕目眩，心悸气短，面色少华。舌淡，苔薄白，脉细弱。

Inclusion criteria

Only patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the 2018 edition of the osteoarthritis diagnosis and treatment guidelines of the Joint Surgery Group of the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association) can be included in the study.
(1) The patient has repeated knee joint pain in the past month;
(2) X-ray film (standing position or weight-bearing position) shows narrowing of the joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and/or cystic degeneration, and osteophyte formation on the joint edges;
(3) Age ≥50 years old;
(4) Morning stiffness time ≤30min;
(5) There is bone friction sound (sensation) during activity.
Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria 1+ (any 2 of 2, 3, 4, 5) can diagnose KOA.
The standard of TCM syndrome differentiation adopts the 2019 Chinese Society of Chinese Medicine Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for TCM Orthopedics and Traumatology ? Knee Arthritis (Knee Osteoarthritis) Syndrome Differentiation Standard:
①The main symptom syndrome of cold-damp arthralgia syndrome: severe joint pain, aggravated by cold, and reduced by warmth; second symptom: severe waist pain. The tongue is light, the fur is white and greasy, and the pulse is slow.
②The main symptom syndrome of damp-heat arthralgia syndrome: joint redness, swelling, heat pain, unfavorable flexion and extension, burning touch, difficulty walking; secondary symptoms: fever, thirst and unwillingness to drink, boredom and restlessness. The tongue is red, the coating is yellow and greasy, and the pulse is smooth or slippery.
③The main symptom syndrome of stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis Syndrome: joint pain like thorns, painful after rest; secondary symptom: complexion black. The tongue is dark and purple, or has ecchymosis, and the pulse is heavy and astringent.
④The main symptom syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome: faint joint pain; Secondary symptom: weakness of waist and knees, soreness and pain, even more severe fatigue. The tongue is red, with little coating, and the pulse is thin and weak.
⑤ The main symptom of qi and Blood Weakness: joint pain and discomfort; Secondary symptom: less sleep and more dreams, spontaneous sweating, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, and pale complexion. The tongue is pale, the fur is thin and white, and the pulse is weak.

排除标准：

不符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准的患者

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The research group is responsible for the data collection and management of this study to ensure the authenticity, integrity, privacy and traceability of the data. The project leader or relevant members of the research team will write the information into the follow-up questionnaire.
