研究目的：

希望通过本研究，探索右美托咪定对俯卧位腰椎间盘突出症手术患者眼内压的影响，为围术期减少术后视力丧失等严重并发症的发生率，并把此研究成果推广应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, we hope to explore the effect of dexmedetomidine on intraocular pressure in patients undergoing surgery for prostrate lumbar disc herniation, so as to reduce the incidence of postoperative visual loss and other serious complications during perioperative period, and to provide theoretical basis for the promotion and application of this research result.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行后路腰椎间盘摘除减压+植骨融合内固定术的病人；
2.年龄18-60岁；
3.ASAⅠ或Ⅱ。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent posterior lumbar discectomy decompression + bone graft fusion and internal fixation;
2. Age 18 to 60;
3. The ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ.

排除标准：

①有青光眼病史，急性结膜炎、角膜疾病、虹膜疾病者；
②近期使用过对IOP有影响的药物；
③有严重高血压、糖尿病、心律失常、心肌梗塞等严重心血管疾病；
④肝肾功能不全者，如果血流动力学波动太大，排除样本；
⑤术前无法沟通，测试不依从；
⑥对右美托咪定过敏者；
⑦中重度贫血患者：术前Hb<90g/L。

Exclusion criteria：

①History of glaucoma, acute conjunctivitis, corneal disease, iris disease;
②Recently used of drugs that may affect IOP;
③Severe cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmia and myocardial infarction;
④For liver and kidney dysfunction, if the hemodynamic fluctuation was too large, the samples were excluded;
⑤Unable to communicate before surgery, the test does not follow;
⑥Allergic to dexmedetomidine;
⑦Patients with moderate and severe anemia: preoperative Hb<90g/L.
