探讨糖皮质激素受体基因bcl-Ⅰ和N363S多态性与激素性高眼压和原发性开角型青光眼的相关性，分析其在激素易感性中 的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the bcl-Ⅰand N363S polymorphisms in glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension (GIOH) and primary open-angle glaucma(POAG) patients and to evaluate their possible role in the susceptibility to glucocorticoid

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.LASIK术后高眼压和正常眼压患者
2.原发性开角型青光眼患者

Inclusion criteria

1. ocular hypertension and normal intraocular pression after LASIK and glucocorticoid eyedrops administration; 2. primary open-angle glaucoma patients

排除标准：

糖尿病视网膜病变、高血压、甲状腺功能异常、抑郁症等系统性疾病史，或3月前应用激素病史者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of diabetes mellitus, systemic hypertension, abnormal results in thyroid function tests, depression, or a history of having taken corticosteroid medication in the previous 3 months were excluded.
