研究目的:

本研究的主要目的是通过与传统影像学诊断手法进行对比,评价基于深度摄像头测量cobb’角对脊柱侧凸诊断的可行性。  

Objectives of Study:

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of measuring Cobb 'angle based on depth camera in the diagnosis of scoliosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①武汉科技大学附属武昌医院门诊或在院知情同意且自愿;②年龄小于80岁者;③BMI小于28者;④简易智力检查量表(MMSE)得分高于23。

Inclusion criteria

① Wuchang Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of science and technology, informed consent and voluntary; ② Those under 80 years old; ③ BMI less than 28; ④ The score of MMSE was higher than 23.

排除标准:

①拒绝参与者;②年龄大于80岁者;③BMI值大于28者;④不稳定的医疗状况;⑤视力受损;⑥下肢或脊柱的重大创伤或骨科疾病史、既往脊柱手术者。

Exclusion criteria:

① Reject participants; ② Those over 80 years old; ③ BMI value greater than 28; ④ Unstable medical conditions; ⑤ Visual impairment; ⑥ Major trauma of lower limbs or spine, history of orthopedic diseases and previous spinal surgery.

由同一研究者通过深度摄像头采集健康人体的深度图像,获取被检测人员人体背面等不同角度的骨骼信息,结合彩色图像基于人体生理结构实现脊柱关键点的人工数据标注,分析健康人体的脊柱关键点特征和特征向量。应用机器学习算法建立健康人体脊柱模型,通过摄像机获取被检测人员图像,进行降噪、角度调整等图像预处理,基于健康人体脊柱模型,判别被检测人员脊柱是否存在侧弯或前倾,给出侧弯或前倾的具体部位和角度,以及与健康脊柱的差距。
