研究目的：

回顾性的分析以止血夹为锚定点，圈套器辅助结直肠息肉切除术后创面闭合预防术后迟发性出血的价值,判断该手术方式是否可以降低术后迟发性出血的发生率  

Objectives of Study：

We will retrospectively analyze the value of Clip-assisted endoloop ligation in the prevention of post-procedural delayed bleeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已顺利完成结肠镜息肉切除术；
2.息肉直径6-15mm，并同意提供有关信息用于本研究；
3.有完整清晰的病史及至少30天的术后随访记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. Colonoscopic polypectomy has been completed.
2. Patients have polyps between 1 to 15mm in size and agreed to provide relevant information for this study
3. A complete and clear medical history and a postoperative follow-up record in at least 30 days.

排除标准：

1.有大于15mm 息肉者；
2. 患者有血液病、凝血功能障碍或正在服用抗血小板/抗凝血剂。
3.炎症性肠病；
4.明确的浸润性结直肠癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Polyps larger than 15mm;
2. patients had a blood disease, coagulation dysfunction, or were taking any antiplatelet/anticoagulant
3. Inflammatory bowel diseases;
4. Definite invasive colorectal cancer;
