建立ECC患儿口腔微生物数据库，了解与ECC发生、发展及转归过程相关的口腔微生物。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the oral microbiome database for a cohort of children with ECC, and to investigate the oral microbiome which is associated with the occurrence, progression, and prognosis of ECC.

纳入标准：

1.罹患ECC的儿童。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with ECC.

排除标准：

1.近期内或曾长期使用抗生素；
2.牙外伤急诊患儿；
3.患儿家长或监护人拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. On long-term use of antibiotics, or used antibiotics recently;
2. With dental trauma or dental emergencies;
3. Parents or guardians refused to sign the informed consent.
