研究目的：

改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术后静息及活动时内脏痛、切口痛和肩部放射性疼痛，提高患者满意度及舒适度，促进患者早期康复  

Objectives of Study：

To improve visceral pain, incisional pain and shoulder radiation pain during rest and activity after laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, and improve satisfaction and comfort of patient , and promote their early recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者；
2.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I~Ⅲ级；
3.年龄18~70岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy;
2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~III;
3. aged 18 to 70 years.

排除标准：

①对局麻药物过敏 ②胸背穿刺部位皮肤破损及感染 ③精神异常 ④有明显心、肺、肝、肾功能不全 ⑤不能正常配合疼痛数字评价量表（numerical rating scale，NRS）评分 ⑥拒绝行神经阻滞 ⑦肥胖（BMI>30 kg/m2）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to local anesthetics;
2. skin damage and infection of the chest and/or back puncture site;
3. mental abnormalities;
4. obvious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction;
5. people that can not be normal with pain numerical evaluation scale (NRS) score;
6. refused to nerve Block;
7. obesity (BMI > 30 kg / m2).
