研究目的：

探讨蝶腭神经节脉冲射频治疗的有效性，为药物抵抗型鼻炎治疗提供新的手段。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of pulse radiofrequency treatment of sphenoidpalate ganglion, and provide a new method for the treatment of drug-resistant rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合2016 年中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会鼻科学组制订的《变应性鼻炎诊断和指南》中的诊断标准；
2)药物抵抗性过敏性鼻炎判断标准：经过鼻喷激素联合抗组胺药物治疗4周症状仍不能控制者；
3)能耐受蝶腭神经节脉冲射频治疗；
4)ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级；
5)年龄18-60岁；
6)患者书面签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)Compliance with the diagnostic criteria in the ' Diagnosis and Guidelines for Allergic Rhinitis ' developed by the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016;
2)Criteria for drug-resistant allergic rhinitis : patients whose symptoms could not be controlled after 4 - week treatment with nasal spray hormone combined with antihistamine drugs;
3)Tolerance of Pulsed Radiofrequency Therapy for Sphenopalatine Ganglion;
4)ASAⅠ-Ⅱ;
5)Age 18-60;
6)Patients signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1)妊娠或哺乳期、月经期妇女，计划3个月内怀孕的妇女；
2)治疗前四周内接受过其他治疗或内服、外用糖皮质激素、抗组胺及接受免疫治疗的病人；
3)先天性鼻畸形、鼻窦疾病、严重鼻中隔偏曲及鼻息肉病人；
4)合并特异性皮炎等其它难治性疾病或有寄生虫感染史者；
5)合并严重的心脑血管疾病、肝、肾血液系统病患或恶性肿瘤、精神病病人、糖尿病病人，有出血倾向的病人；
6)体内装有心脏起搏器、除颤器、人工关节、避孕环等的病人。因磁共振检查是在狭窄的桶状环境内进行，所以患有幽闭恐惧症受试者亦不可参与试验；
7)未能签署知情同意书的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1 ) Pregnant or lactating, menstrual women, women planning to become pregnant within 3 months ;
2 ) Patients who received other treatment or oral, topical glucocorticoid, antihistamine and immunotherapy within four weeks before treatment ;
3 ) Congenital nasal deformity, sinus disease, severe nasal septum deviation and nasal polyps ;
4 ) combined with other refractory diseases such as specific dermatitis or a history of parasitic infection ;
5 ) patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney blood system diseases or malignant tumors, mental illness, diabetes, patients with bleeding tendency ;
6 ) Patients with pacemaker, defibrillator, artificial joint, contraceptive ring, etc. Because magnetic resonance imaging is performed in a narrow barrel environment, subjects with claustrophobia cannot participate in the test ;
7 ) Patients who failed to sign informed consent.
