研究目的：

本研究是将患者通过随机分配（根据随机数表）方式，随机分为不含海藻糖的卡波姆凝胶为对照组以及以卡波姆为凝胶基质的海藻糖凝胶为实验组。对患者伤后创面变化进行观察，统计整理海藻糖凝胶临床治疗效果，为海藻糖凝胶在创面的应用提供理论基础和指导。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the patients were randomly allocated to the carbomer gel without trehalose as the control group and the trehalose gel using carbomer as the gel matrix as the experimental group. The changes of wound surface were observed and the clinical effect of trehalose gel was statistically sorted out, so as to provide theoretical basis and guidance for trehalose gel in the application of acute wounds.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2021年01月01日-2024年12月31日在我院烧伤整形科接受治疗的患者；
2.诊断为急性创面，部位不限，病因可为烧伤、创伤等，创面面积≤3%TBSA；
3.患者性别不限，年龄18-60岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who received treatment in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery in our hospital from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024;
2. Diagnosed as acute wound, the location is not limited, the cause can be burn, trauma, etc., and the wound area is less than or equal to 3% TBSA;
3. The patient's gender is not limited, and the age is 18-60 years old.

排除标准：

1.创面深度较深，涉及脂肪或肌肉组织的缺损；
2.创面感染，或有大量坏死组织，无法通过一次清创完全去除；
3.发伤，或伴有危及生命的并发症；
4.伴有可能影响创面愈合的基础疾病，如糖尿病、痛风等；
5.无法配合的患者，如昏迷或出现精神症状等；
6.依从性较差的患者；
7.拒绝签署知情同意书或拒绝随访的患者；
8.其他原因或因素不能入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The depth of the wound is deep, involving the defect of fat or muscle tissue;
2. The wound surface is infected, or there is a large amount of necrotic tissue, which cannot be completely removed by one debridement;
3. Injury, or with life-threatening complications;
4. Associated with underlying diseases that may affect wound healing, such as diabetes, gout, etc.;
5. Patients who cannot cooperate, such as coma or mental symptoms;
6. Patients with poor compliance;
7. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent or refuse follow-up;
8. Patients who cannot be enrolled due to other reasons or factors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集由临床 医生进行，涉及专门的病例记录表，对患者入组后进行的治疗以及治疗过程中创面愈合的情况、出现的问题进行记录。并由专人监督，病例记录表保存10年。影像学资料保存在专门的存储器中，分别保存在3个存储器中，由专人负责，长期保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was carried out by clinicians, involving a special case record form to record the treatment of patients after enrollment, wound healing and problems during treatment. The case record form shall be kept for 10 years. Imaging data shall be stored in special memory, which shall be stored in three memories respectively. Special personnel shall be responsible for long-term storage.
