研究目的：

主要目的：探讨超声引导下酚妥拉明联合利多卡因皮下注射对小儿桡动脉置管成功率的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate the efficacy of phentolamine and lidocaine subcutaneously under ultrasound guidance on radial artery catheterization in pediatric patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄小于2周岁；
2) ASA分级为I-III级；
3) 采用全身麻醉；
4) 术中需进行桡动脉穿刺置管进行有创血压监测；

Inclusion criteria

1) Younger than 2 years old;
2) ASA classification is i-III;
3) Use general anesthesia;
4) Intraoperative radial artery catheterization is required for invasive blood pressure monitoring;

排除标准：

1) 有周围血管疾病影响上肢功能；
2) 严重上肢动脉硬化；
3) 严重肾功能不全；
4) 严重消化道溃疡；
5) 对酚妥拉明或利多卡因过敏者；
6) 近期行桡动脉穿刺者；
7) Allen’s 试验阳性
8) 桡动脉穿刺区域受外伤、血肿、感染等；
9) 休克或严重心律失常者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Peripheral vascular disease affecting upper limb function;
2) severe upper limb arteriosclerosis;
3) severe renal insufficiency;
4) Severe gastrointestinal ulcer;
5) Allergic to phentolamine or lidocaine;
6) recent radial artery puncture;
7) Allen's test was positive
8) Radial artery puncture area suffered trauma, hematoma, infection, etc.;
9) Shock or severe arrhythmia;
