研究目的：

探讨维生素C联合阿片类药物在腹腔镜全子宫切除术后镇痛的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the analgesic effect of vitamin C combined with opioids after laparoscopic total hysterectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入于我院全身麻醉下行择期腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者，年龄40-60岁，BMI18.5-23.9，ASAI级或Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

The patients, aged 40-60 years old, BMI18.5-23.9 grade Asa I or II, who underwent elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital were included.

排除标准：

合并严重的呼吸循环系统疾病，合并神经系统疾病，合并精神心理疾病，慢性疼痛病史，合并明显的肝肾功能异常，妊娠及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with severe respiratory and circulatory diseases, nervous system diseases, mental and psychological diseases, history of chronic pain, obvious abnormalities of liver and kidney function, pregnant and lactating women.
