研究目的：

1.调查我国风湿病患儿的口腔健康状况。 2.分析儿童口腔健康的主要影响因素，为今后的可行性干预提供科学依据  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the oral health status of children with rheumatism in China. 2.To analyze the main influencing factors of children's oral health, so as to provide scientific basis for feasible intervention in the future

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据2016年风湿病诊断标准诊断为风湿病的患儿；（2）同意接受口腔牙周检查的4-18岁儿童； (3)配合调查并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children diagnosed with rheumatism according to the diagnostic criteria of rheumatism in 2016（ 2) Children aged 4-18 who agree to receive oral periodontal examination（ 3) Cooperate with the investigation and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）先天性牙齿和颌骨发育不良；（2）医学报告不完整或拒绝口腔检查；（3）合并其他全身炎症性疾病并在3个月内使用抗炎治疗；（4）合并糖尿病或心血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (1) congenital tooth and jaw dysplasia（ 2) Incomplete medical report or refusal of oral examination（ 3) Combined with other systemic inflammatory diseases and treated with anti-inflammatory therapy within 3 months（ 4) diabetes mellitus or cardiovascular disease.
