研究血余蛋黄油保留灌肠治疗慢性放射性肠炎的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To demonstrate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema Xueyu Danhuang butter in treating chronic radiation enteritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合慢性放射性肠炎诊断标准；
2. 已完成放疗计划；
3. KPS 大于 60 分；
4. 年龄 25-75 岁；
5. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic radiation enteritis;
2. The radiotherapy plan should have been completed;
3. Karnofsky performance score>60;
4. Age between 25 and 75;
5. The informed consent should be signed.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心肺原发性疾病者；
2. 肠道癌症转移和复发者；
3. 合并炎症性肠病、缺血性肠病、慢性阿米巴痢疾等其他肠道疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients combined with severe primary cardiopulmonary diseases;
2. Cancer metastasis and recurrence in colorectal;
3. Patients combined with other intestinal diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, ischemic bowel disease, chronic amoebic dysentery,etc.

用 SAS 统计软件编制随机分配序列。每个受试对象所接受的治疗方案由产生的随机分配序列产生，并放入按顺序、不透光、密封的信封中。合格的受试对象同意进入试验时，信封才能被打开，受试对象才能接受相应的处理措施。

The Statistics Analysis System will be used in developing random assignment sequences. Treatment regimen accepted by each subject will be generated from random allocation sequence, placing in sequential, opaque, sealed envelopes. Only if patients agree to participate in the trial will envelopes be opened.
