研究目的：

探索入院后早期超声引导下腹股沟韧带上髂筋膜间隙阻滞对髋骨折患者的术前循环稳定性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of early ultrasound guided suprainguinal fascia iliaca block on the preoperative circulatory stability of patients with hip fractures after admission.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合髋部骨折的诊断标准；在48h内拟行手术治疗者；年龄>50岁；ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ 级；疼痛数字评分(NRS)≥4分。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria of hip fracture; those who are scheduled to undergo surgery within 48 hours; age> 50 years old; ASA class I ~ III; pain numerical score (NRS) >= 4 points.

排除标准：

不愿配合研究者；局麻药过敏史者；穿刺部位感染者；合并精神异常或认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who are unwilling to cooperate with the researcher; those who were allergic to local anesthetics; those who were infected at the puncture site; those who had mental disorders or cognitive impairment.
