研究目的：

主要目的：评价电针对腹腔镜胃癌根治术后早期胃肠功能康复的有效性及安全性。 次要目的：从肠道微生态探索电针在腹腔镜胃癌根治术后早期胃肠功能康复中的效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for early gastrointestinal function rehabilitation after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Secondary objective: To explore the effect mechanism of electroacupuncture in early gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer from the perspective of intestinal microecology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行腹腔镜下胃癌根治术的患者；
2.18岁≤年龄＜75岁；
3.麻醉类型为全身麻醉，符合美国麻醉师协会（ASA）Ⅰ-Ⅲ分类标准；
4.分期为I-III期；
5.局部进展期胃癌；
6.签署知情同意书，自愿参与本试验.

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who are going to undergo laparoscopic radical gastrectomy;
2. 18 years old ≤ age < 75 years old;
3. The type of anesthesia is general anesthesia, in line with the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III classification criteria;
4. The stage is stage I-III;
5. Locally advanced gastric cancer;
6. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this experiment.

排除标准：

（1）有严重心、肝、肾功能障碍或精神疾病的患者；
（2）姑息手术或急诊手术；
（3）需要联合切除其他脏器的患者；
（4）术中出现严重并发症的患者（吻合口瘘、消化道出血）；
（5）既往有腹部手术史；
（6）不愿意接受针刺治疗；
（7）腹腔镜手术失败，中转开放手术者；
凡符合以上任意一项者予以排除研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe heart, liver and renal dysfunction or mental illness;
(2) Palliative surgery or emergency surgery;
(3) patients requiring combined removal of other organs;
(4) Patients with severe intraoperative complications (anastomotic fistula, gastrointestinal bleeding);
(5) Previous abdominal surgery;
(6) Unwilling to accept acupuncture treatment;
(7) Laparoscopic surgery failed, transfer to open surgery;
Those that meet any of the above criteria will be excluded from the study.
