研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过一项随机对照研究，比较导板全程引导下和导航全程引导下种植的三维精确性，并了解不同引导方法，手术时间、术后反应、患者满意度、手术并发症发生率的异同。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this randomized clinical trial is to compare the accuracy of immediate implant placement between implants placed using static and dynamic CAIS systems in esthetic zone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 能够理解，并能独立签署知情同意书的，年满18周岁患者；
2. 在13~23牙位，有且仅有一颗无望牙；
3. 该牙经过临床检查符合拔牙即刻种植的条件；
4. 余牙牙周健康、稳固，有足够的牙位稳固支持、固定参考板和U型管。

Inclusion criteria

1. Medically healthy adult, >= 18 years old; and written informed consent;
2. Hopeless single anterior tooth with neighboring teeth on the mesial and distal; single immediate implant in the maxilla esthetic zone;
3. Adequate bone height apically to the alveolus of the failing tooth;
4. Periodontal health of remaining teeth.

排除标准：

1. 未经控制的牙周炎；
2. 怀孕期或哺乳期妇女；
3. 头颈部放疗史；
4. 5年化疗史；
5. 有可能影响骨结合的全身系统病或者局部疾病；
6. 口服或者静注双磷酸盐的病史；
7. 抽烟超过10根/天内。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under-controlled periodontitis;
2. Patient who is pregnant, intending to conceive or breast feeding;
3. History of head and neck radiotherapy;
4. 5-year history of chemotherapy;
5. Systemic or local diseases that may affect osseointegration;
6. History of oral or intravenous bisphosphate;
7. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

试验设计者设计基本信息登记表，在不同随访时间记录检查表格，表格内包括所有需要记录的指标，研究者根据受试者检查情况，将数据完整、正确、清晰地记录在问卷调查和检查表格中。所有研究对象的病例资料和专项检查表均按编号的顺序归档保存，以备查考。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。试验完成后6个月内在Resman平台共享原始数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers design the information registration chart which include all the indicators, and record the data on the questionaire and examination chart completely, correctly and clearly according to the examination of patients at different follow-up time. All subjects' case data and special examination forms are filed and saved in numbered order for examination. The electronic data files are classified and saved, and there are multiple backups on different disks or recording media, which are properly saved to prevent damage. All original files shall be kept within the time limit as specified.The original data was shared on the Resman platform within 6 months after the trial complete.
