研究目的：

本研究对PAS高危孕妇拟行产前胎盘MR成像，应用dMRI对子宫肌层进行纤维成像，并对胎盘附着部位的肌层纤维进行定量分析，揭示子宫肌层纤维的平均长度和平均密度与PAS发生的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

In this study,patients with risk factors for PAS were proposed to perform prenatal placental MR imaging. dMRI was used to perform fiber imaging of the uterine muscle layer, and quantitative analysis of the muscle fibers at the placental attachment site revealed the correlation between the average length and density of the uterine muscle fibers and the occurrence of PAS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（a）孕周>28周，（b）有PAS高危的孕妇，和（c）行常规MRI及dMRI的孕妇。

Inclusion criteria

(a) pregnant women with GA greater than 28 weeks; (b) patients with risk factors for PAS disorders; and (c)complete anatomical and dMRI scans.

排除标准：

（a）幽闭恐惧症或者含其他禁忌症的孕妇；（b）妊娠伴子宫肌瘤等影响子宫肌层纤维分布的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) contraindications to MRI examination; and (b) pregnancy with uterine fibroids, adenomyosis,or other quality issues affecting SNR of the myometrium.
