评价胃准备过程中附加水冲洗是否提升胃清洁度  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether additional water rinsing during gastric preparation improves stomach cleanliness

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18-75岁。
(2)有上腹部不适、必要行磁控胶囊胃镜检查的指征。
(3)患者知情同意、自愿参加，已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients aged 18-75 years old;
(2) patients with upper abdominal discomfort who need to undergo magnecontrol capsule gastroscopy;
(3) patients with informed consent to participate voluntarily and have signed the informed consent

排除标准：

（1）明显的胃肠道出血，上消化道手术史或腹部手术改变胃肠解剖结构，或腹部放疗后
（2）体内有心脏起搏器，电子耳蜗、药物灌注泵、神经刺激器等电子装置与磁性金属物，但除外MR兼容型产品
（3）已知或怀疑胃肠道梗阻、狭窄及瘘管，或吞咽功能障碍者
（4）身体状态或精神心理原因不能配合检查者
（5）妊娠期女性
（6）目前正在参加另一项临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Obvious gastrointestinal bleeding, a history of upper digestive tract surgery or abdominal surgery altering gastrointestinal anatomy, or abdominal radiation therapy.
(2) The presence of cardiac pacemakers, cochlear electronic drug infusion pumps, nerve stimulators and other electronic devices and magnetic metal objects, except MR-compatible products.
(3) Known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction Patients with stenosis, fistula, or dysphagia.
(4) Unable to cooperate for physical or psychiatric reasons.
(5) Women in pregnancy.
(6) Currently participating in another clinical study.
