研究目的：

评估四针法胰肠吻合在LPD应用中可行性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and reliability of the four-stich anastomosis in LPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄：18-75岁，男女均可；
2. 肝、腹膜及网膜无转移；
3. 病变未侵及下腔静脉、门静脉；
4. 腹腔动脉或肠系膜上动脉无受侵及包裹；
5. 胰管直径≥2mm；
6. 自愿参加临床试验，已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years, male or female;
2. No metastases on liver, peritoneal and omental;
3. The inferior vena cava and portal vein were not infiltrated;
4. The celiac artery and superior mesenteric artery were not infiltrated;
5. The diameter of pancreatic duct was no less than 2 mm;
6. Patient voluntarily participated in the clinical trials and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 心肺功能不能耐受手术；
2. 腹腔严重粘连无法常规显露术野、无法建立气腹或患者不耐受气腹等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient cannot tolerate surgery because of the poor cardiopulmonary function;
2. Severe peritoneal cavity adhesion cannot show operation. Unable to establish pneumoperitoneum. Unable to tolerate pneumoperitoneum.
