研究目的：

验证待考核试剂ALK基因断裂检测试剂盒（荧光原位杂交法）的临床有效性，即通过待考核试剂检测非小细胞肺癌病理组织ALK基因重排相对于对照试剂盒的阳性符合率、阴性符合率等指标，验证待考核试剂盒的使用性能等满足临床的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Verify the clinical validity of the ALK gene fragmentation detection kit (fluorescence in situ hybridization) of the reagent to be tested, that is, the positive coincidence rate and negative match of the ALK gene rearrangement of the non-small cell lung cancer pathological tissue relative to the control kit by the reagent to be tested Rate and other indicators, verify the performance of the test kit to meet the clinical effectiveness.

纳入标准：

经临床诊断为不同病理分级及病程的非小细胞型肺癌患者，性别、年龄不限。

Inclusion criteria

Non-small cell lung cancer patients with clinically diagnosed different pathological grades and disease duration are not limited in gender or age.

排除标准：

1）核心信息资料不全者；
2）用于检测的肿瘤组织样本不符合试验要求，如：组织切片细胞数少，不能满足检测要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those whose core information is incomplete;
2) The tumor tissue sample used for testing does not meet the test requirements, such as: the number of cells in the tissue section is small, and the test requirements cannot be met.
